Orders being sent to addresses within the United Kingdom are posted by Royal Mail UK Standard Second Class and can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
Orders being sent to addresses outside of the United Kingdom are posted by Royal Mail International Standard and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered depending on the destination country.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that your are very happy with your item but if you are not entirely satisfied, no problem. Just contact us by email or via the contact form on our website within 14 days of the order date and return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
If you have changed your mind about a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will be refunded the value of the product only. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the item you receive is faulty or different to what you had originally ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will work with you to provide a refund or a replacement.
